30-minute one-on-one consultation to review your situation and discuss next steps. ========================================= NOT AN ATTORNEY — THIS IS NOT A LEGAL CONSULTATION ========================================= This session is a non-legal information session provided by an immigration consultant, not by an attorney. We will discuss USCIS forms and document preparation only. We will not, and cannot: - Provide legal advice or legal opinions - Recommend a specific form or strategy for your case - Represent you in any legal proceeding - Predict or guarantee any immigration outcome If your situation involves legal questions (eligibility, removability, prior denials or violations, criminal history, deadlines, court appearances, etc.), you should consult with a licensed immigration attorney before proceeding. ----------------------------------------- CONSULTATION FEE CREDIT ----------------------------------------- If you decide to engage us for case-handling work after this consultation, the $150 consultation fee will be credited toward the cost of the document preparation service you select. Credit is applied as a discount at the time of engagement and is not redeemable for cash or refund. The credit: - Applies to one (1) document preparation service per consultation - Must be redeemed within 60 days of the consultation - Cannot be combined with other promotions - Is forfeited if not used within the 60-day window ----------------------------------------- WHAT WE'LL COVER ----------------------------------------- - Your current immigration situation and goals - Documents you have on hand and any gaps to address - Available USCIS forms and their general use (you make the final form selection) - Cost estimate for any case-handling work you may want to engage us for afterward - Written summary emailed to you after the call ----------------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTICES ----------------------------------------- - You are solely responsible for selecting which forms to file. We can describe forms and their general use only. - The outcome of any immigration matter is determined solely by USCIS and other government agencies. No outcome can be guaranteed. - Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. - A written engagement contract in English and your primary language will be provided before any case-handling service begins. - Three-day right to cancel: clients may cancel any subsequent engagement contract before midnight of the third business day after signing (Cal.
